Please note: To remain in good standing and meet New York State licensing requirements, students must maintain an attendance rate of at least 70% throughout their program.
Programs Offered
Cosmetology Program
The Hairdressing and Cosmetology Program is designed to equip students with the technical skills, professional knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to excel in the beauty industry. Our comprehensive curriculum covers hair, skin, and nails, ensuring students receive a well-rounded education. Through classroom instruction and real-world training, students will be fully prepared to pass the New York State Board exam and launch a successful, fulfilling career in hair and cosmetology.
Natural Haircare Program
Our natural hair program will train individuals who are committed to nurturing textured hair and provide excellent natural hair care services. This program will train students on braiding, grooming and styling hair that is naturally curly, kinky or multi textured. Our program prepares students to pass the NYS Board Exam for natural hair care, allowing you to enter the hair and beauty industry practicing natural hair, as a licensed stylist.
Meet The Instructor
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Kenisha June brings over 25 years of hair expertise to the classroom as the lead instructor at Visions School of Beauty. A licensed cosmetologist and seasoned entrepreneur, Kenisha’s love for hair began as a personal passion and blossomed into a lifelong commitment to education. Today, she’s dedicated to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals by sharing the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience she’s gained throughout her career. Her goal is simple: to nurture confident, creative, and industry-ready stylists who are prepared to thrive.
